Every order ships tracked with Australia Post from our warehouse in Queensland.

Shipping costs

• Australia: free on orders of $150 or more; $10 on orders under $150
• New Zealand: A$20
• Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia: A$25
• Canada and China: A$30
• United Kingdom, Europe and rest of world: A$35

When your order ships

Orders placed by 12pm (AEST) on a business day are dispatched the next business day; orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the following business day. Our warehouse is closed on public holidays, and busy periods can add a day or two.

• Australia (Australia Post Express): 1–4
• New Zealand: 3–5
• Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia: 4–8
• Canada: 5–9
• United Kingdom and Europe: 5–10
• China and rest of world: 5–20

These are estimates. Customs checks and peak periods can add a few days.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, we email you an Australia Post tracking number, which you can follow at auspost.com.au.

Pre-orders, changes and addresses

If your order includes a pre-order item, the whole order ships once that item is in stock.

To change or cancel an order, or to fix a delivery address, email hello@littlestoriesofyou.com straight away with the subject "Urgent – Order Change" or "Urgent – Address Change" and your order number. Orders are packed quickly, so we can't always catch them in time. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll issue store credit for the value of the products, less shipping costs.

Duties and taxes

Orders sent outside Australia may attract import taxes or duties, which are paid by the recipient and aren't included in your order total. If import charges are refused and the parcel returns to us, we'll issue a credit note for the value of the products, less shipping paid and $10 for return postage.

Change of mind or wrong size

We're happy to exchange full-price items for another size or style within 14 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn, unwashed, and have their tags and original packaging. You pay the return postage, and standard shipping on the replacement. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage, as we can't exchange items we don't receive.

Sale and sample-sale items can't be exchanged for change of mind, and we don't offer refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or wrong item

If something arrives faulty, or we've sent the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll email you a prepaid return label, then offer a refund, repair or replacement. This includes sale items.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the item. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Gift cards

Gift cards can't be refunded or exchanged.

How to start a return or exchange

Email hello@littlestoriesofyou.com with the subject "Return – [your order number]" and tell us what you'd like to do. We reply within 2 business days.

Linen naturally has small slubs and variations in the weave. These are part of the fabric's character, not faults.

This policy doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
