Orders received by 12pm will be dispatched the next business day, and orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the following business day. We will endeavour to process all orders within these time frames, however, there may be delays during busy periods.
Once an order has been placed, please allow 1–4 business days for Australia Post Express delivery within Australia.
Australia Post will arrange for the delivery of goods to the address provided as a preferred delivery address.
If delivery is unsuccessful the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges should they arise.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?
As there is a small window between when you place your order and our warehouse team picking and packing it, we are often unable to change an address once the order has been placed. If you have entered the wrong address, please contact our customer dream team immediately at hello@littlestoriesofyou.com ensuring your email subject title is “Urgent – Address Change” and they will do their best to try and catch it.
Little Stories of You cannot be held accountable for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address entered at purchase. If your package is returned to sender, please contact us and we’ll be happy to issue a store credit for the value paid, minus any shipping fees and costs incurred.
Please note: Any delivery addresses received incomplete or that require changing on an order will delay the dispatch and delivery time.

Estimated Australia Post delivery times, in business days after dispatch:

- Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia: 4–8
- Canada: 5–9
- United Kingdom and Europe: 5–10
- Rest of world: 5–20
These are estimates only. Customs checks and peak periods can add a few days.
SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For orders outside Australia, your local customs office may charge import taxes or duties on delivery. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you choose not to pay import charges and your parcel is returned to us, you will receive a credit note for the value of the products purchased, less shipping paid and an additional $10 to cover return shipping costs.

We offer full refunds if the product does not meet quality standards. We also offer exchanges if you change your mind or want to try another size.
