Returns/Refund Policy

Little Stories of you is committed to delivering high quality products to our customers. We understand that on the rare occasions something can go wrong.

We offer full refunds, if the product does not meet quality standards, we also offer exchanges if you change your mind or want to try another size.

Some conditions for refund are as follows;

·       Is returned within 14 days of order delivery

·       Item arrived faulty

·       Has not been used or worn

·       Is not soiled or damaged

·       Has original packaging and tags

·       Item was not purchased on sale

·       Sample sale items cannot be refunded. 

*Please note, linen often has some inconsistencies in the weave. These are not faults but rather natural imperfections and part of the nature of the fabric.

·       Is returned within 14 days of order delivery

·       Has not been work or used

·       Is not soiled or damaged

·       Has original packaging and tags

·       Item was not purchased on sale

·       Sample sale items cannot be exchanged. 

*Please note we are unable to cover the shipping costs for a change or mind/size purchase. We suggest you return your item using a secure tracked postal method, with proof of postage, as we are unable to refund or exchange items not received. Please make sure to email us at: hello@littlestoriesofyou.com, if you wish to return an item with the subject line 'Exchange – Order Number” 

If you'd like to cancel an order after you've placed it, please be aware orders go out quickly, and this may not be possible depending on when you make the request.
