These terms apply when you use littlestoriesofyou.com or buy from us. "We", "us" and "our" means Little Stories of You Pty Ltd, an Australian business based in Brisbane, Queensland. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.
Please use our website lawfully and respectfully. You must not try to interfere with how the site works, copy or scrape its content, or use it to send spam or harmful code. We may limit or refuse access to anyone who misuses the site.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless your local currency is displayed, and include GST where it applies. When you place an order, we'll email you a confirmation. A contract is formed when we accept and dispatch your order.
We take care to get our prices and product details right, but mistakes can happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price or is unavailable, we'll contact you, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
We may limit quantities, or decline or cancel an order (for example, if we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
All of our clothing is made in Australia. We do our best to show colours accurately, but they can look slightly different on different screens. Linen naturally has small slubs and variations in the weave; these are part of the fabric's character, not faults.

Shipping costs, delivery times and international duties are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control, such as customs checks and carrier delays.

7. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights, or any other rights you have under law that can't be excluded.
Gift cards can be used to pay for products on our website. They can't be exchanged for cash or refunded, except where the law requires.
The photos, text, designs and other content on our website belong to Little Stories of You or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first. You're welcome to share links to our pages.
To the extent permitted by law, and apart from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any problem with an order is limited to replacing the item, repairing it, or refunding what you paid for it. We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Queensland.
